The Cathedral Peregrine scans the landscape from his perch on the 11th century tower
A Peregrine Falcon has been using the cathedral as a roost and plucking post for several winters now. We are currently in discussion with Historic and Environment Scotland regarding the possibility of installing a Peregrine nesting platform on the Cathedral. The platform would be located out of view from the road on the upper walkway.
